Artwork

If you have your own artwork we can receive this by all methods including, email, FTP and CD (both PC and Mac format).  Vector file artwork is preferred (including PDF, AI or EPS).  Artwork specification will be provided following your confirmation of order. Due to the large range of products we offer and the various personalisation methods available it is impossible to outline all artwork specifications online.

If you are unable to supply finished artwork then let us do it for you. Our design studio would be pleased to assist you at no extra charge – just ask our Kidd Promo team about our design studio support.

Personalisation Methods

Screen Printing
Applying ink via a flat silk screen. Normally used to print Plastic, PVC, PU and clothing.  

Tampo or Pad Print
A way of applying printing inks to curved or raised surfaces or restricted hard to get to areas by soft rubber pad.

Die Stamping
An engineered die tool, which is used to make an impression into a surface such as metal this can then be colour filled. A similar process often referred to as blind embossing or foil blocking is used to personalise leather and similar modern materials.

Engraving
Laser, Rotary or Hand Engraving can be applied to most wood or metal surfaces.

Embroidery
A method of applying a logo or design in particular to clothing or fabric.

Origination
Is a term used to describe the make-up process for printing plates, dyes, templates or embroidery jacquard discs. For multiple colour printing there is an origination charge of approx £35 for each colour used in your logo or design.
